I have bad habits just like everyone else does, and i have to change them into good habits.

1.For not doing my homework straight away when it was handed out.I would wait until the last possible time to do it.

2. Not bringing things to class.

These 2 bad habits is the only ones that I can think about right now. When I do my homework at the last minute, i think this is really bad cause then i don't get time to plan it or to write it properly. If i spend a longer time doing my homework, i would get a better mark by doing my homework when i get it. And for not bringing things to class, especially english class, i always forgets to bring my homework diary. I always tries to bring it but i just forgets to bring it. I will try to change this bad habit, i read everyday at least 15 minutes but i just kept forgetting to bring the homework diary to school. I tried bringing my homework diary to school so i can write down and kept notes for what are my homeworks and stuff like that, also for english, we had to bring our homework diary for our independant reading.♥

 

How do we communicate and why?

People can communicate in different ways, by email, by mailing letters, chatting, calling, texting, MSN, and also by our emotions. The best way of communicating with each other is to chat, this is because that you can know more about their feelings, for example, if someone is really sad and then they email you about how they feel but you still can't understand a lot about their feelings, but by talking to them, you would know more about how they feel and also by chatting with them, you can also get to know more of their personality. Mailing is also a really good way to communicate with one another, calling and texting are also a good way to communicate. I like to communicate with my friends by texting and also by going on MSN, this is because that I don't really like to talk to people face to face except for my really good friends, I don't really know why, but I just like going on msn and chat around with people and get to know them more.

Or maybe I like talking on MSN, is because that I have something that i really want to tell, but I didn't wanted to tell them in school, also other times, some of my friends aren't studying in the same school so that's why i go on msn to talk to them, and sometimes I would tell them about my feelings if i didn't wanted to tell my other friends in China (in this school). Although MSN is quite good for me to communicate with each other, others like Chatting in front of each other is quite good too, because it actually gives other people more information on how you're feeling today or something like that. I think this is all I wanted to talk about; to me MSN is still the best ♥ :)

What is it like being forced to learn a new language??

Well.....for me learning a new language is really hard, like when i was moving to the philippines, i was thinking, like what should i do because i don't know how to speak in english and i don't understand what they were talking about, cause people around me are all speaking in english except for some people who goes to international school people, they speak in english. At first, I didn't know what the teachers were talking about but after like year or half a year i started speaking in english but not that well, but atleast i can understand what others was talking about, but in that three years i suddenly forgot how to write in chinese but i still know how to speak in chinese, after these three yeaers, my dad had to move to China to work, so we had no choice to stay in the philippines because we all wanted to stay together, when i moved to china, it wasn't that hard speaking to the people here, but it took me a quite long time to learn how to write in chinese, even now i still can't really write that well..... but i still can speak and read.

I guess most of us felt like this when they were being forced to learn a new language, or their parents had to move to another country for their job and their kids had to move with them and there at the new place, they speak in a different language and the kids or even teenagers had to learn that language to communicate with them, or else they can never understand anything that the other person is talking about. And in different countries, they have different type of style and also different type of foods, and some people might not like them because they like their own country foods.

My name is Ann! I'm 12 years old, I'm Taiwanese, i have a sister (older), and she is in grade 11. Her name is Vicky (Victoria).

I used to study in the Philippines, and i speak English more often than Chinese, I speak English to my sister and Chinese to my parents. My favorite sport is swimming, I used to be in the swimming team at my old school ~ But I found American football interesting now~ My favorite hobbies are to chat on MSN or hang around with my friends. My best friend is Ruth; when ever we hang out people always think that we are crazy people because I get really excited whenever I see her. I've been to 5 places in the world, China, Philippines, Hong Kong, America, and Singapore.

I like America a lot because it has really nice places and pretty beaches and also they have a lot of nice shops, and i also like Philippines
